Charlestown, SC (2012) We visited Charleston, SC for the Spoleto Festival in June. Charlestown is a wonderful city with lots of history. The architecture is unique and colorful. It’s a great city to visit. I hope the photographs give you some idea of this beautiful city. You’ll also see a Plantation, with some wonderful gardens. The Live Oak trees (some almost 400 years old) are truly magnificent.
